If you're using our Grocery Delivery Request feature, please ensure your groceries are already paid for. Once Brighter Day confirms your order and gives you a pickup time, schedule your delivery time with us. This service is only to request a driver to pick up and deliver your groceries—ordering and payment must be handled directly with Brighter Day.
